Why Nios II Simple Socket Server design example terminal stop before mapping PHY to tse_mac_device

I programed the provided file via JTAG and then ran Nios2-terminal.exe, but the terminal hangs in the middle of the process. See image below. Because the terminal hangs, I hit control-c to cancel ...

1) May I know the Simple Socket Server design example that you are using? Could you kindly attach the link here.

2) May I also know the Quartus version you are using for your Simple Socket Server example? As there are some version of Quartus that does not support the simple socket server design.
