Honored ContributorI write a interface for a DDS,but at last i find that i must do "run as hardware"two times,if i want to send some data to frequencywords of DDS.whatever have i writen in the program ,i doesn't work. i can't find where's the problem. if i can write it in,why i must do "run as hardware" two times?
only this way the user logic "DDS" get "writedata" from avalon bus.why? thank you in advance.

even i am not so clear about this also if u "run" with the three debug options 1) downlaod into RAM 2) attach 3) reset and then run from it.... what does hardware and software do individually??? can anybody explain it in detail? moreover it is no where clearly given in any of the documents of NIOS IDE thanks and regards prasadHonored Contributorthank you .
at last i change a board ,i got it ,but i didn't change anything. are there any problems with the board or the softcore of atlra. does anyone barges up against these problems?
