Honored ContributorCheck the datasheet (http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_ethernet.pdf): By just doing a search on the word "loopback", I found the relevant pages: 3-2 for hardware configuration, 4-18 and 4-19 for the procedure and 6-8 for the configuration register.
