Honored Contributoruse mac without using jtag
hi all,
i have a problem. on my 1c12 board i wanna use the mac without using the jtag. the mac only works after i start the terminal and the linux load up. it should work this way: reset -> access over telnet to the board. does anyone know a solution for my problem?? thx http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif2 Replies
Altera_ForumWhen you use the JTAG UART, the kernel is susspended until you open a nios2-terminal.
Search the forum t, there are a few posts that tell you how to fix this problem by disabling the JTAG UART in the Kernel and then enabling/using the Serial UART. Hope this helps.- Altera_Forum
