TSE_Ethernet_communication_is_established_with_debug_console_open

Hi Team,

We upgraded the device from cyclone III to cyclone v gx in our design. Along with device upgradation, Tool version also upgraded from 13.0 to 22.1 version.

In design , upgraded the DMA ip from sgdma to msgdma since sgdma got obsolete in 22.1 version and ddr memory is upgraded from ddr2 to ddr3.

With the above changes in the design, checked in the board. Ethernet communication is established when debug window is open.

Attached the document for register dump . PLease help us to resolve this issue ASAP.
