I also wanted the mention that you can use the "Project > Properties > C/C++ General > Preprocessor Include Paths > CDT User Setting Entries" as in the images above to manually enter in all the paths. You may need to enable the "CDT User Setting Entries" on the "provider" tab before manual paths can be configured in the "entries" tab.
