Where I can find, what I can do, and what not with Quartus web edition?

Do someone know the difference between
quartus full version + quartus full license and quartus web edition + quartus full license in other words - what are the disadvantages when i don't want to wait for the quartus CD to arive and use the web edition instead (both with the full license)? thanks - Altera_Forum
Thank you. But I'm very http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif , because we bought NIOS Kits Apex and Cyclone edition with Quartus some years ago, and now we will order renew for NIOSII. If we get new version of Quartus? In other case it no make sense - new NIOS with old Quartus.
