QuartusII 5.1 web edition

Where I can find, what I can do, and what not with Quartus web edition? For example, I learned and learned about design partitions and incremental compilation, and.... I dont use it in my license...

Do someone know the difference between

quartus full version + quartus full license

and

quartus web edition + quartus full license

in other words - what are the disadvantages when i don't want to wait for the quartus CD to arive and use the web edition instead (both with the full license)?
