i am a newbie in the porting stuff and i learn that i can port uclinux onto NIOS II processor. could anyone help me with how to get started with how to port uclinux onto NIOS II processor. Please suggest me with any good document available which can explain me the steps and commands to port uclinux to NIOS II board.

You can't use the NIOS IDE, but you need to set up Linux on your PC to develop fort uClinux.
