nios terminal error

when I start up the nios terminal in nios SDK by entering the command nios_terminal, there is a message shown as "the JTAG cable you are using is not supported for NiosII system, you may experience intermittent JTAG failure with this cable. Please use a USB Blaster revision B cable and other supported cable".

what does it mean by? and what shall I do? Thank you

    It means you need to buy a USB Blaster.

    There is a second source from www.terasic.com.tw .
