nios terminal error

when i start up the nios terminal in nios sdk by entering the command nios_terminal, there is a message shown as "the jtag cable you are using is not supported for niosii system, you may experience intermittent jtag failure with this cable. please use a usb blaster revision b cable and other supported cable".

It means you need to buy a USB Blaster.
