It is Ok?

Hello:

I have download uclinux,but I don't know whether it can work on.

I use the QUARTUS 4.0+SP1 and NIOS2.

    It should be works well if your uCliux has been ported for your platform correctly. You could download the linux distribution version 1.1 at the download page. But what board are you using?

    APEX20K200E

    I think I can't burn uclinux into flash.

    Is it Right?

    The NIOS II CPU core isn't supported on the APEX devices, you'll have to find a uCLinux port based on the older Nios CPU core.
