It is Ok?

Hello: I have download uclinux,but I don't know whether it can work on. I use the QUARTUS 4.0+SP1 and NIOS2.

The NIOS II CPU core isn't supported on the APEX devices, you'll have to find a uCLinux port based on the older Nios CPU core.
