DHCP Failed to Assign IP

Dear Friends,

my NIOS-II Board always failed to assign ip through dhcp (Through Which i am able to ping NIOS board with my machine earlier), and then code automatically assign static IP address to NIOS board but with this IP address i am not able to ping through my machine

it says "unreachable" .

Probably flash may have some problem so when i restore the factory setting, it always end up with some "UNKNOWN ERROR"

    Hi, look at IP settings in your board application, especially at Gateway IP

    If your board is directly connected to a PC, you should use a cross ethernet cable (or a cross adapter ).
