Why can't EP4CGX15/22/30 support HD-SDI?

Is there anyone who understand the reason why EP4CGX15/22/30 don't support HD-SDI?

I find for 1 CH HD_SDI, Use 1 MPLL,and 1 GPLL.

EP4CGX15/22/30 have such resources.

Who know the root course?

    Well, I don't understand it either. But I think the main reason is the package of the FPGA (F484 vs. other smaller packages). The other reason may be the "buy a bigger device" -- Altera-policy.
