where can I get bluetooth IP?

Hi,

I'm starting to work on a project, involving transmitting some sort of data to a cellular phone, using bluetooth.

The problem is I don't know where to start concerning the Bluetooth. I've searched all over the net for IP core, but couldn't find any.

I think that writing all this IP from scratch will be a hell of job to do, that's why I'm searching for an open ready Bluetooth code.

Does anyone knows, or can help me? Guide me the way...
