VIP Suite Stratix iii

Question

Hello

Im working on a project to make a video tiling unit for HDMI using a DE3(stratix 3) board. Are we able to use the VIP suite of functions for this project? If so, are there any good tutorials on how to get started using the modules in Qsys. Im just a bit unsure on how to properly configure things. Thanks.
