vip header (*.hpp) files ?

Question

Hello all,

I am using the VIP but I can only find the cpp header files in design examples.

How can I get version 9.1 header files and all of them (for example including the switch module hpp file)?

check out vipjon's reference design:  http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19710  it contains a switch.hpp and other useful stuff.
