Video Over IP loop Back

Hi,

We are using Video Over IP ref. design(an374-v2.3.0) and trying to loop back .264 data using VLC streamer on Stratix II GX 90(AV board). Target board is receiving data, but it is not transmitting data. We enable loop back parameters in hard ware and software. Please help us to resolve this problem at the earliest
