using alt_signaltap_run in executable matlab file

Hello,

I use alt_signaltap_run function for testing my device. I want to create an exe matlab file with my testing programm, but I wonder, will alt_signaltap_run work correctly? I start matlab with DSP builder to make function work correctly, but will my exe file work with just Matlab compiler runtime installed? May be I should make additional changes in my code? Have anyone had some experience in this?
