unable to obtain dsp builder license assocated to our Audio Video Development Kit, St

Dear,

My company bought Audio Video Development Kit, Stratix IV : serial number 4X230AV0002

and we did't success to get the DSP BUILDER licence on Altera Web site

When we request a licence file for dsp builder on license center , same contents it sents in the file .dat associated ,it seems only quartus II software and tools associated but never dsp builder license

Now our developpement is stopped due to this issue , please could you help to resolve this problem

    did you verify that the license does not contain the line:

    FEATURE C4D5_512A

    I have asked the factory license person to take a look at this for you.

    I happened to have his e-mail address from some older work I was doing and dug it out for you.

    I just checked with another associate of mine and also the Altera Kit WEB page for the AV kit.

    It does NOT come with a license for DSP Builder.

    If you wish that feature in your tool set, you will need to purchase it or perhaps purchase a DSP Dev Kit. (Both assume you have Matlab Simulink already from the MAthWorks.)
