Tse Pcs Ip

Hallo to everybody,

i hope somebody could help me, i have now a second problem,

(the altera tse megacor function 1000BAse_X/SGMII PCS without MAC and without PMA is used)

i send a ping via the gmii port of the pcs core,

on the other side (tbi interface) i always see

idle pattern,

i want to use the core in sgmii mode, therefore i

hav to configure the pcs module with the registers

the if_mode register i set to 9 (10 for gigabit mode and 1 for enabling sgmii)

the control register never changes. So something went wrong inside the pcs core module.

has anybody an idea if a made a wrong configuration or forget to set

a register?
