Tripple Speed Ethernet Ref design - Compile failed

I am trying to run Triple Speed ethernet ref design but while compiling I am getting following warnings and it is not generating SOF file. I am using Quartus 8.0 Dev Kit eval version license....

Adding more information. Hopefully some one might help me.

I am using Stratix II GX PCI development kit. Haven't changed changed any thing from the reference design. I am just trying to compile and run the design. Any help or clues would be great. Thanks in advance.
