Transfer function

My model is contain transfer function blocks. I compiled the model successfully and after compilation I simulated in ModelSim and also the results were matching the Matlab simulation. The model downloaded on the Stratix III Kit and the results are captured by SignalTap II but something wrong with the results like axis scaling and the transient part of the output response are not appear.
