Time for initialization of DDR2 HP controller

Hi, Do anyone know how long it takes to do training and calibration with DDR2 HP megacore? It may depend on the bus witdh and other settings, but are there any formula? Thanks,

It should be specified in altmemphy Megafunction User Guide, but it isn't. I know from DDR2 HP controller simulation, that it takes quit a lot time. The Handbook example tells 61 us with 200 MHz memory clock for a single DQ pin (cause in simulation, the calibration is shorted to a single pin). As a first guess, I suggest 60 us multiply number of pins.
