Honored ContributorI found the solution in case anyone is interested.
In the DSP Builder Signal Compiler window, click the Export Tab. Export Synthesizable HDL to a directory. Then, in your Quartus project, go to Add/Remove Files from Project. In the directory you chose, there should be a .vhd file with the same name as your Simulink design. Add this file to your Project. In the Project Navigator >> Files tab, right click the newly added file and select "Create Symbol Files for Current File". The symbol will now appear in your Symbol Library.
