It is good news that you have solved this issue . I have communicated this kind of issue with SW group. This is from the software environment requirement. The IP Core and megacore need java/cusp support, so we recommend customer run the QII in root/ administrator. --- Quote End --- I am currently launching Quartus as Administrator and the problem is a non-issue. This is not an ideal development environment in my view, but I have to keep moving forward. William Guynes
