Stuck while building the VIP Example Design

I am also having the exact same problem as above.

I should note that I am using windows vista.

The compiler seems unable to locate the video and image processing

IP block primatives.

I have been able to get the design to compile without problems on two other machines in my office, both of which are running windows XP.
