Stratix IV and DDR3

Hi, I have the same problem, with :

Quartus 11.0 with SP1

SoPC builder

NIOS-II

DDR3 with uniphy

Stratix IV

The NIOS isn't detected in the JTAG chain, in Nios II EDS (Flash programmer)...

I only see the NIOS (uniphy memory controller sequencer).
