Hi Does anyone know if Altmemphy failed calibration, does it still get to user mode where I can sent out memory read and write at default latency? or how to disable calibration altogether. T...

As far as I remember, the memory controller is stopped when calibration fails. Generally, calibration failure indicates a basic memory interface problem, e.g. missing signals, thus no meaningful operation can be expected in this case. Skip calibration is a simulation option, not available for synthesis.
