SSRAM Video buffer for VGA Controller VHDL

Hi,

I am working on a video application in VHDL. I want to use SSRAM as a image buffer for VGA controller. Have tried but no luck. I'd appreciate a lot if someone share VHDL code that writes the image in SSRAM along with vga controller that reads the image from the SSRAM buffer and displays on the monitor.

I have got VGA controller working and it displays a fixed pattern. My board is Terasic Altera DE2 70.
