SOPC SRAM is61lv25616al

Hi, i try to use component from university program, its sram is61lv25616al (it was used on the DE2 board). If i try add sram to my design and i try generate system in the SOPC, so this error occur:

Warning: sram: get_generation_setting is deprecated, please use get_generation_property instead

Error: sram: Generation callback did not provide a top level file (expected `add_file $output_dir/sram.v|vhd|sv {SIMULATION SYNTHESIS}`)

i dont know what is that, any suggestions?
