Simulate Design with DDR2 HPC

Hallo,

Can anybody please give me a hint, how to simulate a SOPC Design which contains a DDR2-SDRAM-HPC? What do I have to consider?

I'm using Quartus 10.0 and Altera ModelSim Edition...

I think there is is a file called "SOPC_sim/altmemddr_0.dat" in the project folder. Does this file contain the DDR2 Memory Initialization? In which format do I have to insert some data in this file?
