Simple Example Triple-Speed Ethernet?

Hi,

does anyone know a simple example using the Triple-Speed Ethernet? Or are the "simple_socket_server_tse_3c120_rgmii" and "web_server_tse_3c120_rgmii" the easiest? ;-)

I'll first try to send some memory or static data to the ethernet device using the CycloneIII Dev. Kit...
