Signal Tap II analyzer Freezes help

I was doing the tutorial on how to use the signal tap analyzer bu every time i get to the last step the signal tap analyzer freezes the whole matlab program and i'm forced to restart with no solution. am i the only 1 having this problem and if it's common how do i fix it.
