Reed Solomon IP - Decoder control signals

Hi, I'm using Quartus 8.1 and Reed solomon IP to make RS decoder.

At first, I try making RS encoder. It is work well. but RS decoder does not working...

I study 'Reed-Solomon Compiler User Guide'. In document Figure 3-4 display decoder timing, and I make control signals. but decoder doesn't work..

I also look 'rs_dec_vsim_script.tcl' file and compare in/out signals. It look different between tcl file vs. the document..

What is problem??
