I tested this using Quartus Prime Pro 25.3.1 on an Agilex® 5 device, running on a Linux system, and did not encounter any issues on my side.
Could you please let me know which device and operating system you are using?
Try to upgrade to Quartus Pro 25.3.1 (this version only support Agilex devices) or the latest version 26.1, and see if the issue persists.
