RCV data from MAC is not coming when TSE configuration in RGMII mode

HI

I have configured and implemented TSE (Tri speed Temac core) in RGMII mode with internal fifo options (1000Mbps) for the DE2_115 evaluation board (Cylone IV E device). This register configuration and clocks as per the TSE user guide. Simulations are also seems to be fine. But When i test on hardware (DE2_115 board), am able to see RGMII_in data in signal tap which is send by PC. But am not able to see MAC RCV output means on ff_rx_data and its control signals.

Please give me suggestions if any one has
