Quartus with two sopcs

I want to cteat a project with two sopc ,one have cpu,sdram,io andjtag,another have pci, dma and fifo which created by myself .

now the cpu cannot work.

Can somebody known Quartus with two sopcs work ?

    What do you mean by "cannot work"?

    Why don't you put everything in the same SOPC project?

    Daixiwen is right. There is no reason not to place all the components in the same SOPC project even if you have two completely isolated sections, SOPC builder will allow for that.

    Otherwise if you are looking for design segmentation then I suggest separate projects each with their on SOPC project (if necessary). You will need to create a project hierarchy and do some floor planning. See Quartus II v9.1 Handbook Volume I, Section I, Chapter 2. http://www.altera.com/literature/lit-qts.jsp
