Qsys PCI Express - how to configure Transceiver Block

I'm converting an SOPC PCIe design to Qsys. In SOPC "IP Compiler for PCI Express there is a "Configure transceiver block" tab that launches the ALTGX MegaWizard. I use this to select to GX speed grade and select the starting channel number for a single reconfiguration controller. How do I get to the transceiver configuration from Qsys? In Qsys I don't see how to select a channel number for the reconfiguration controller.

    from Tech Support "..there is no option for user to configure the transceiver block. Just to let you know that the feature of configuring the transceiver block have been made as an enhancement plan in Quartus II 12.0.":eek:
