Can't see anything in the release notes for Quartus 14.0, 14.1 or 15.0 or 15.0.1 that sounds like a fix for

"Due to a problemin theQuartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, the 128-bit Avalon-MM® Txs slave interface of the Hard IP for PCI Express® cannot generate a correct PCI Express TLPpacket when the ByteEnable = 0x01,0x03, or 0x7 at Avalon-MM interface."

How would I take the SolutionID rd04172014_563 number and corerlate it to the fixes listed in each release notes ?
