    Can you provide your full system specs? These would include Quartus version, CXL IP version, FPGA part number, and host server part number.

    The incompatibility between Altera FPGA and AMD host server firmware is a confirmed issue. At this time, it may be resolved, but at the time of the original post, it was an ongoing issue.
