PCI Express Arria II GX

I am attempting to get the PCI Express interface working with the Arria II GX but I cannot seem to program the device. After switching the correct dip switch and and plugged it into a windows XP box ...

The CONF_DONE fail happens most likely targeting to wrong device.

or could be power issue.

There are two flavors of A2GX boards,

125 and 260. Are you choosing right one?

There is a a2gx PCIe example on the wiki, so you might want to give it a try to see if the device is really working or not as well as PCIe is working or not.
