Patch ACS1.09 ?

On the PCIe high-performance reference design page:

http://www.altera.com/support/refdesigns/ip/interface/ref-pciexpress-hp.html

it mentions the following:

For the Stratix IV GX Development Kit, use Quartus® II software version 9.0 (1) (https://www.altera.com/support/refdesigns/refdesign-lic.jsp?product_url=/support/refdesigns/ip/interface/ref-pciexpress-hp.html#note)

For the PCEe 2.0 x8 variant, Quartus II software version 9.0 Service Pack 1 with Patch ACS1.09 is required.

I'm not using the development kit, but I *am* using a 2.0 x8. I can't find this patch through searching altera.com I have Quartus 9.0 sp2. Do I need this patch?

    its pretty likely that a general patch for Quartus II 9.0sp1 made it into the Quartus II 9.0sp2 build.
