Parallel Flash Loader function

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the PFL (loader only) function. With the design compiled under Quartus 9.x, the programmer reports unable to connect to the flash type error. Same design compiled with Quartus 8.1 operates correctly. Has anyone successfully compiled this function with 9.1?

9.1 compiler gives warnings of permanently tri-stated data signals, 8.1 does not. Is this a clue?

Tech Support keep referring me to AN386 which I have read several times and is not helpful.

    Hello

    I have an Arria Gx Kit and i progrem on the FPGA a 10Gbps Ethernet Design of Altera .

    1. after i progrem the Design How do I check the kit if she sends packages.

    2. is it possible to check packets count by Led or is there another way.
