Need help with the VIP / NEEK / DE2

I must be dense; but, I'm having a devil of a time. I'm trying to build a simple Video IN (NTSC) to 800x600 NI VGA output, using the Altera VIP. Has anyone been able to build this setup on...

But I think the application note no.427 will be helpful for you.
