Licensing for Nichestack TCP/IP stack and Micronium uC/OS-II

Hi,

I came to know that we need to purchase license for Nichestack TCP and

uCOS-II fro evaluating the custom board.I want to test run my application on NIOS II with TSEMAC custom board(not development kit) for ethernet application using Nichestack protocol stack and uCOS-II. But for evaluating custom boards also we need to purchase the license for the both. Can anyone suggest me some other third party service provides who can provide evaluation version of the protocol stack.

Or otherwise, can we write our own driver for TSEMAC without Nichestack?please suggest me for any solution.
