Is the JESD204B IP Free?

Hi, I don't see the JESD204B in the Megawizard which leads me to think that it is not free, am I correct? If not, can someone tell me where to find it? thanks, joe

JESD204B IP core requires a license.

The JESD204B IP core only starts available since Quartus II 14.0 and above, older versions than 14.0 does not support JESD204B IP.
