IP mega store not working

just installing Quartus 11 11.01 on a new computer at a new company.

Running in 30 day evaluation mode whilst the purchase order runs through.

using a stratix IV

go to

IP MegaStore -> memory Controlers -> DDR2 high performance memory controler 9.0

click next, and I get the options to

download

that opens this web page

Which I can't show as I'm new........

which I read as saying the mega cores should have been installed with the download

Or have I got that wrong ?

OH: And as for the IP selector page

which I also can't show as I'm new .....

User unfriendly here me thinks !!

ha, that does not show any IP available.....
