Interfacing external DDR2 SDRAM

Hi,

I'm having serious problems interfacing with the external memory. We are using a Cyclone 2 FPGA. We have to store some 8-bit values into ram memory (used as a frame buffer). We used to do this with the internal blockram, but there's not enough internal ram available. That's why we decided to use the external ram.

We are searching for documentation or examples in which the external ram is used. For the moment we are using the IP megawizard to generate a controller. But now we are stuck. We don't know exactly how to drive the inputs and how to connect the outputs of this controller.

Since we need this to finish our master-thesis, we hope someone can help us.
